I have "always show credit card numbers" checked in my setting

but i'm not seeing my full credit card information anymore in 1Password.  I saw this was an issue a few years ago but updates solved it, however, it seems that it may have broken again (since i used to be able to see my credit card number).

I have 1Password for Mac 8.10.68

I'm on Mac OS 15.3.2

Hi Dave. It appears to JUST be one credit card.  Let me delete and re-do that credit card and see what I see.

Sounds good! It does indeed sound like saving a new item for that Credit Card is the best way to resolve the issue. Let me know if you still see the same issue after creating the new item.

  • Hello bouynxdor! 👋

I'm sorry that you're not seeing your credit card numbers. I just took a look and I can't reproduce the same issue in the desktop app when the following is turned on:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac desktop app.
    2. Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
    3. Click Settings, then click Security.
    4. Turn on "Always show passwords and full credit card numbers".

It sounds like you already have this option turned on. Can you tell me the following:

    1. Do you not see credit card numbers in the desktop app? Or in the browser?
    2. Does this affect multiple credit cards? Or just one?

I look forward to hearing from you.
