I have the app but the apps support isn't working. When I open app, can't see anything I need

https://orkidfam.1password.com/apps should work for me but it doesn't. I've downloaded the app on my iPhone 14, as part of a manual phone transfer (was IPhone 6 with nonworking backup). When I open...

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting started with 1Password on your iPhone 14. Are you using 1Password 8 or an older version? Can you tell me what you see when you open the app?

Can you also tell me if you're able to log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
