I need help in combining a old (paid for, non subscription) iOS account with a subscription MAC

I have both a older paid for, non subscription iOS account (used on iPhones and iPads), and a subscription 1Password account on my MAC. I want to combine these accounts, so they all sync together on iCloud. The iOS account is current, but the MAC is not current.
