Thanks for the question! You're correct that you can only sign into one account that's part of the same 1Password Business organization at a time. In this situation, the best path forward would be to have your IT team rename the existing account to use your new email address so that you don't have to use a new account. If you reach out to them they should be able to help you with that process.

If that isn't possible then you can move your items between your two accounts with a shared vault:


You can share a vault between both accounts, then move your items from the old account into that shared vault. After signing out of the old account and into the new one, you can move the items from the shared vault into your new account’s Employee vault.
