I upgraded to 1Password 8 on my Mac and it is not recognising my master password. 1Password 7 does

I upgraded to 1Password 8 on my mac this morning but when I tried to login it doesn't recognise my master password. The same password works fine to access 1Password 7 on the Mac, and on 1Password ...

@Ramsteiner and @mancilg

I'm sorry that you're both unable to add your accounts to 1Password 8 on your Macs. Can you try the alternate steps that I mentioned in a previous post:

  1. In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
  2. Click your name in the top right and choose Get the Apps.
  3. Click "Add your account directly" and allow your browser to open 1Password. You'll see your account details in the app.
  4. Enter your 1Password account password and click Sign In.

If that doesn't work then are either of you using a VPN or any sort of network proxy?
