INCOMPATIBLE COMBINATIONS

I am generally satisfied with 1Password, though I have had a learning curve to overcome. However, it seems to me that certain combinations of browser, web site and 1Password just don't work.

Currently, I am not able to log in to Facebook and to my 55+ community's resident portal, nor can I change the password for either site.

I am using Firefox as my browser and have followed the instructions that are supposed to allow 1Password to operate properly with it.

Facebook itself provides absolutely no help. My 55+ community (managed by FirstService) had been trying to help me but the problem remains.

Has anyone else run into these kinds of problems? Are you able to use the Firefox browser with all web sites with 1Passport?

Can anyone help me with Facebook or do I just have to abandon my current Facebook account and start a new one?

Thank you in advance for any help!

What is the address of the resident portal? We can test it, but only if you tell us.

As for Facebook, you might first respond to 1P_SimonH's reply to your post 1PASSWORD GENERATED PASSWORD IN FACEBOOK from four days ago since you mention difficulty signing in.

It seems likely that you are encountering an unusual problem since this is one of the most visited websites. In addition to responding to Simon, I recommend following up in your other post, i.e. not here, providing a step-by-step description of what you do, what happens when you do it, and how that differs from what you want or expect, starting from a Private session on the home page and trying to log in. Include a screenshot or two if you think that will help.
Don't forget to mention what version of Firefox, 1Password extension, and the platform you're using.

There's no need to consider drastic and irrelevant changes such as creating new accounts.

PS. I think you just gave 1Password a product suggestion with 1Passport, though Passport Realty, LLC will probably want more than the estimated value of the domain.
