iPhone app(s) not seeing Login credentials
Hi there, I'm trying to enter the credentials for the Priority Pass app on my iPhone. When I'm greeted with the credentials dialog box, I tap Passwords, which launches 1Password. I then type Pass, and don't see my credentials. I try Priority, and still don't see them. I try "Amex", "Lounge", and "airport" which are all tags that I've added to the credentials to make it easier to find, but I'm not see the credentials.
I launch the 1Password app, and type Pass, and instantly the credentials appear. I'm now able to copy/paste the credentials into the app, but why didn't they show up in the Priority Pass app when I was searching for them? This happens occasionally with other apps as well, but not all apps. With some apps, the credentials spring right up when summoned. What's making the difference?

Hello kappabear! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not seeing a certain item appear when filling your login credentials into the Priority Pass app on your iPhone. As a first step, can you try restarting your iPhone? This can usually force an update of the AutoFill database if it's not updated: Restart your iPhone
If that still doesn't work then can you tell me the following:
- Is the item titled Priority Pass? Or is it titled something else?
- If you create a new Login item for Priority Pass then does the new Login Item show up?
I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave

Hi 1P_Dave, I'm sorry that I'm just seeing your response today, 6 days after you posted it.
Searching for the application in the iPhone, I get one hit for the app, Priority Pass.
From within the Priority Pass app, I'm prompted to enter my credentials, and tap the Passwords button above the keyboard.
1Password appears and I search for Priority, and get no hits.
From within 1Password, when search for "priority," I get a single hit for the login item in question. I can then copy/paste the credentials into the app.
This happens occasionally with other apps as well, and I have no idea why. I've restarted my iPhone, and have done a soft-reset and the problem persists.

Thank you for the reply. Judging by the icon of the "Priority Pass (Amex)" item in 1Password in your screenshot, you might have created the item as a Rewards item rather than a Login item. On iOS, AutoFill only fills Login items. Try the following:
- Open and unlock the 1Password app on your iPhone.
- Tap the + button in the upper right corner of the app.
- Tap Login.
- Called the item "Priority Pass (Login)" and then type in your username and password.
- Add "http://prioritypass.com" as the website address (without quotation marks).
- Save the item.
Then, try to fill the new item into the Priority Pass app. Let me know if that doesn't work.-Dave
