Is this the official support mechanism?

Clicking "Feedback and Support" in the app takes me here. Is that right, this is how you get support? I'm just a bit surprised. For a paid product, support through a public forum seems a bit unprofes...

We provide support through a number of channels, this forum being one of them. Private email is also a popular one;

We would just ask that folks not contact us through multiple channels about the same issue. 🙂 I hope that helps!
