Issues with opening and search in the 1Password app

No way to talk to anyone who actually works for 1Password anymore? Just the user group for support? No live people who actually work for the company? I was on their "support" page for Mac and all I got were mostly Windows answers.

I search for a number and it says "no results" and yet there it is in my bank account number.

I launch the application on my computer 1) It doesn't launch to the foreground and 2) there's no window.

Ever since v.7 this product has been going down hill. Has the support done the same?

    I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password. There are several 1Password employees here on the forum (including me!) but if you do need direct support you can find it here: Contact 1Password Customer Support

    The chatbot can create a ticket for you if it's unable to answer your questions.

    Are you searching using the field at the top of the 1Password for Mac desktop app? This field here:

    Or are you searching in a different location?

    If you restart your Mac and then launch 1Password for Mac from your /Applications folder, does the app open up? If it doesn't then do you see 1Password's icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen:
