Item icons do not update and can't be modified

Hi @thomasfedb! This is because custom icons are not fully implemented in 1Password 8 just yet.

In the latest Nightly builds it is now possible to view any custom icons you had set via 1Password.com, but there's no way to edit them in-app at the moment. If you'd like to know a bit more about this you can check out the comments from our staff members on this thread.
