keyboard shortcuts don't always work

I can pull up the Quick Access mini window with a keyboard shortcut, and some of the Quick Access shortcuts work — cmd-C, cmd-shift-C, cmd-O — but cmd-shift-O doesn't work to open the item in 1Passwo...

Thanks, andrew.l! Please ignore the cmd-shift-O thing: I just tracked down the conflicting keybinding I had. 'Sall good now!
