I'm facing the same dilemma. I have an AD account that uses two different usernames, but the same password, depending on the service. To keep the autofill working, I need to have two separate login entries but as jpartain89 said, this requires the password to be changed in multiple items. Another issue is that Watchtower flags these items as reused passwords, which is technically correct though. But yeah, some kind of a linking ability would be nice.
