7 months agoHello, iis, zingbats. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the trouble you're experiencing.
You may be able to add https://support.1password.com/custom-fields/ to your Login item so that it auto-fills multiple fields. Can you share the website URL so I can look at the fields?

Hi Evon,
Thanks for your reply. I have tried creating custom fields and this hasn’t helped. Perhaps I’m choosing the wrong type or sequence. This is the bank website: https://ibanking.stgeorge.com.au/ibank/loginPage.action

iis,
Thank you for your reply. Let's try the following steps to see if the information autofills correctly:
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Locate your St. George Banking Login item and click Edit.
- Click + add more and select text, edit the text title to access-number and enter your Card/Customer access number below it.
- Click + add more and select password, edit the password title to securityNumber and enter your Security Number below it.
- Your Internet Password should remain in the default password field.
- Ensure the username field is empty. Click Save.
Here's a screenshot for reference:

Thanks in advance
