Hi folks,
I believe I got the same problem, albeit with a different security key vendor/model.
macOS 26.2 (25C56)
MacBook Pro 16" M1 (2021)
1Password for Mac 8.11.22 (81122027)
Yubikey 5C NFC, firmware 5.7.1
To add some context to this, so far I've had a single 1Password account at 1password.com. I'm trying to migrate my data to 1password.eu. So I registered a new account on the .eu instance and added two security keys through the web interface. When I try to add this account in the macOS app, I get the aforementioned issue with the missing native hardware key 2FA prompt.
Tried fully quitting and restarting 1Password (through the menu bar icon), as well as rebooting the computer itself, made no difference.
