macOS Touch ID No Longer Working: "That Didn't Work"-Again

I saw another thread titled this from last year. I am having this problem myself. I see that the discussion went from the community to email, so I don't know what the fix is.

Brand New MacOS M4
OS: Sequoia 15.5
1Password Version 8.11.0

Can someone help me with this issue? Thanks.

    To help us further investigate what may be causing this Touch ID issue on your Mac, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
