MacOS Your Account is Offline

I’m having an issue signing into 1Password via Chrome Extension, Website, and MacOS Application. However I can successfully login on my Windows PC on the same network. 

MacOS System: Sequoia 15.3.1

Chrome Version: 134.0.6998.89

Chrome Extension Version: 134.0.6998.89

MacOS Application: 1Password for Mac 8.10.64 (81064007)

 

The chrome extension shows the red cloud icon

After clicking continue signing in I get this, after logging in it remains offline.

Via Application, the QR code doesnt load and the blue next button just spins.

Clicking sign in on 1Password.com leads to this, stating the site can’t be reached.

I’ve tried restarting my computer with no success. Any thoughts on why this may be happening? My hunch is too many requests to login, but I literally have no idea what to do.

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble accessing 1Password using your Mac. Can you try signing in using this direct link: 1Password.com

    If that still doesn't work, then please try the following: 

    1. Try signing in using a different network (such as your cellular hotspot).
    2. If you're using a VPN, firewall, or other security appliance then make sure that 1Password's ports and domains are whitelisted: 1Password ports and domains
    3. Try turning off any VPNs or ad blockers that you might be using to see if that allows you to connect. 


    If things still aren't working then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

    I have the same issue. Since a couple of days, 1Password is not working on my Mac anymore. The native app always says it's offline and the start.1password.com website times out in Google Chrome. I tried to restart my computer and reinstall 1Password, but without luck.

      Seems like they may have pushed an update to fix this, I'm no longer having issues.
