3 years agoMaster password doesn't change across devices
Hi folks,
Here is my problem. It’s almost a week I’ve changed the master password in the Mac app, but it doesn’t want to change on my iPhone.
Now I got two different passwords on two devices.
I only use the standalone account, with Dropbox sync.
The newly created passwords on Mac are visible in the phone app.
I tried manual sync in the iPhone app, restart all that can be restarted, no success.
1password support response has wondered me.
First, a bot replied me with the steps required to restore a lost account password (I didn't lost it).
The second reply, seems to be from a human, probably came from sales department, because:
"The best way to resolve the issue of your password not updating on your iPhone would be to upgrade to a 1Password membership"!
So, please explain us, did you drop the non-membership users support, or really the only way to get the database password across devices synced is moving to membership account?
