Welcome to the 1Password community! Have you tried using auto-type on your Windows PC? It allows you to fill your login credentials into apps and websites without having to open 1Password first:
The same feature isn't currently available for Linux but you can copy and paste passwords from Quick Access: Get to know Quick Access
You can also press Alt-Enter from Quick Access to open the website for the login in your browser and fill your username and password: 1Password keyboard shortcuts
add “[alt]” in front of URL an Webpage will open in Alternate http://browser..if/if you click "Browse to URL"
double click Action can be preset for each Login Entry individually
eg Browse to URL (default) or Browse to URL + AutoTypeApplication can be started from PWS too
Change "Double Click Action" to "Run Command" and store Path of Application "C:\Program Files\xyz.exe" in field "Run Cmd".
PWS will start Application and with Button "Perform Auto Type" login/pw will be entered in one go.
Thank you for the feedback on the types of features that you'd like to see in 1Password in the future. While I can't make any promises, I've filed a feature request on your behalf.
