My 1password has not accepted new logins/passwords for the past several weeks

When I try to add a new login or password and hit SAVE, I get a response that says that it can not save the change and to contact support

I'm sorry that you're unable to save new logins. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:
