New Login on a form page does nothing in Safari

4 years agoHi Ward, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like the form that you shared is no longer active. However, if that form has username and password fields, then you can type your information into those fields and click on Save in 1Password to store that to your vault. Clicking on New Item > Login would send you to the app or your account at 1Password.com with a new login template, which you would then have to fill out. It's not the best way to create a login or to update one. However, if nothing is indeed happening when you make that selection, then we can look into it a bit further. Could you create a video of the behavior and share it with us?
As a note, there's not a way to attach a video directly to your reply. However, you can link to it, or you can email the video to us at mailto:support+forum@1Password.com.
