No qr code was provided by T-Mobile to set up 2-FA in 1password

I selected the option to set up 2-FA in my T-Mobile profile. However, no qr code was provided for setup in 1Password. It shows a way to set up Google Authenticator, but not anything else. Is 1Pass...

Sorry, I should have been more detailed. I was trying it in the browser. There seems to be a little less information in the app.

I'll try to better explain what is happening...the explanation is in with the screen prints in the attached image.

I think I followed their instructions and those of 1Password – I have been able to set up other sites successfully.
