Nothing happening when trying to create new login using macOS Safari extension

Question

Whenever I register for an account on a new site, and try to create the login in 1Password using the Safari extension, nothing happens when I'm hitting save. I checked web inspector tools and seems like there is an uncaught error in the extension. Please see attached screenshot.

You indicated you are using 13.0 can you update to 13.2.1 and let us know if the trouble continues? If possible I would check for updates to 1Password and use the latest version 8.10. Additionally, 1Password for Safari is at version 2.7.0 as of this writing. I would give it an update too. I'm hoping this will smooth things out for you. Please let us know how it goes.
