There's no hard and fast rule, HelenBubz. But we do take community feedback seriously! And we consider requests in light of:

• how much of a benefit would this be for the user, according to what they've told us?
• how many people would be affected by the change?
• what are the potential drawbacks to making that change?
• how much time and effort does it take to implement? How soon can we get it done?
• should the requested change supercede some other project we've already got in the works?

and so on. So the conversations can be remarkably detailed, but we're always doing our best - somewhat like a well-honed restaurant kitchen, I'd imagine - to produce on a consistent schedule and keep the improvements coming in a way that is likely to delight you, and which is internally sustainable for us as well. I hope that makes sense!
