Option to revert 1Password Search to filtering items

Please allow searching for items in the 1Password app to filter the current window, rather than showing the dropdown. I often search, then hit Enter and load a site, rather than my intention of display the search results. I understand that there is the Command + Return shortcut to show all results but this is not as intuitive.

    Please bring the 1Password 7 search back. This extra window with its best guess result is just annoying. I really want to see what I was searching for no matter if I entered complete words or substrings without any relevance filtering/sorting in between. Just pure results.

    I'm with @Smithjw on this one. I liked the 1Password behavior better too,

    Yes, came here looking to post the same thing. It seems like it would work fine if "Show all matching" was the default result at the top, and then the list drops below and you can arrow down the list to individual entries if you wanted.

    I have filed an issue with our developers for a more 1Password 7-like presentation of search results. We're working on improving search functionality in 1Password 8, and appreciate you're letting us know your experience with it! Thank you for taking the time.
