Passkeys not working in Vivaldi Android

Passkeys are not working in Vivaldi on Android. Despite being disabled, the Google Password manager steals any passkeys added from 1Password. It's possible to click through and use a 1Password passkey, but not save one. Hopefully someone knows if there is a workaround.
