QR code detection failed
This hasn't worked for me for a couple of weeks now.

1Password TeamHi JamesHenderson - we are currently aware of an issue with the QR scanner in 1Password for Mac that can sometimes cause it to fail and the development team are working towards a fix. In the meantime, some improvements have been made in version 8.10.34 of 1Password for Mac. Can you try updating and let me know how you get on?
If you're still running into issues, can you let me know whether it's limited to QR codes from specific sites?
In the meantime, you can use the workaround of scanning QR codes from 1Password for the browser, or copying and pasting text-based TOTP setup codes (where available) directly to the One-Time Password field of a saved Login item.
