Re organize sections and within sections?

I used to, or thought I could organize sections and items within sections in previous versions of 1password. This features seems to have been removed. Are there any plans on bringing this feature back? It was extremely useful!

    I hope we can do that. I want that ability myself and you are correct it was present in version 7.
