Sorry to resume this post after 2 years, but the situation isn't changed.

Creating a passkey on both desktop and mobile is impossible, as Yahoo shows an error of something happened.

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when trying to save a passkey for your Yahoo account. I've split your post into a new thread since the other thread was old and likely isn't relevant anymore.

    As a start, can you tell me the following: 

    1. Do you have a Yahoo.com account? Or an account for another region like .CA? 
    2. On the desktop, which browser are you using? 
    3. Can you post a screenshot of the exact error message that you see?

      1. I have a yahoo.com account
      2. On the desktop, I'm using Microsoft Edge, but the issue occurs also on Android
      3. Here is the screenshot of the error.
