Recently Deleted by Device only?

Apparently, I recently deleted an item in 1Password on my old iPhone, which has since been wiped and sent to Apple to trade in. I don't see it in the 'recently deleted' are of any other devices. Are ...

Just that I’d like to know when I messed up and did it! I think it was in the process of setting up my new phone, but wanted to double check
