Hi1P_Dave , thanks for your fast response! Yes I do see the latest content when I manually lock and unlock the app. Is it possible to have a refresh option so that I don’t have to do this manually? Thanks.

ModeratorThanks for confirming that locking and unlocking 1Password allows you to see the latest items. Manually locking and unlocking the app is how you can force 1Password to check for the latest updates.
As far as I'm aware, there aren't any plans to add a "refresh option" since 1Password should always show the latest versions of your items. So that I can investigate why that isn't happening in your case, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your iOS device the next time that you're experiencing the issue:
Send a diagnostics report (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:
