Regions bank iOS app not recognized by 1Password
Howdy everyone,
1Password doesn't seem to recognize the Regions bank app on the iPad. I have to search for the password each time and it prompts me to "Allow Once" every time. I have the Regions bank web address and login address as websites in the Regions account information in 1Password. Is there anything else that I can do to get 1Password to recognize the Regions bank app as the same as regions.com?
Thanks for your time.

Hi fellwin,
On iOS, the built in Password AutoFill feature handles the filling process in apps, and 1Password provides the data to be filled. Password AutoFill will suggest Login items for filling if the associated domain of the app you're in matches a URL saved in your Login items.
I've tested what I believe is the same app on my device and see the following:
As there is no URL listed next to where it says "No suggestions", this app doesn't appear to have an associated domain set. Does that match what you're seeing?
If so, this app will require you to search for your Login each time and select "Allow Once" for your details to be filled, as there's no URL for Password AutoFill to use to check against your Login items. In the alternative case where there was an associated domain but it didn't match the URL saved in any of your Login items, you would see the option to "Always Allow" when you select an item. This would then update the item to have the correct URL.
If you find that the app doesn't have an associated domain, you can reach out to their development team to see if they can add one. Here is Apple's relevant Developer page that you can share with them: Supporting associated domains
Let me know if you have any questions.
