Run 1password 8 in menu bar only?

With 1Password 7, I really appreciated not seeing the 1Password icon in the menu bar and the dock, is it possible, when the 1password 8 app is closed to only show the menu icon? 1Password Vers...

I think... When I close the app, I only have the Menu Bar icon showing. No icon in the dock. I have to "open" the app for it to show in the dock.
