Safari extension stops unlocking and filling after updating to macOS 15.6

Thanks for looking to address this. I was initially hopeful it was now fixed - but I'm still having occasional issues where the password drop-down appears, but clicking on an entry fails to populate ...

Hello Moisie2000​! 👋

I'm sorry that you're still seeing issues with autofill. I've split your post into a new thread so that we can keep reports from customers using macOS 15.6 or later in a dedicated thread. Can you tell me the following: 

  1. Does the issue occur on websites other than your NAS drive's page?
  2. Which version of 1Password for Safari are you using?
  3. The next time that the issue occurs, does opening the same page in a new tab resolve the issue in the new tab without restarting Safari?
