Safariextension stops working - Communication failed

After installing the current beta, the Safari extension no longer works. I get the error messages (displayed in the screenshots below) I restarted the phone already. Login in the 1Password app is ...

Our developers are investigating the issue, could you tell me the following so that I can pass the information along to the team:

  1. Do you have two-factor authentication enabled for your 1Password account?
  2. If you do have 2FA enabled, are you using a TOTP authenticator app or a security key?
