Save login not working in Safari 15 on macOS 11.6

Expected behaviour would be when creating a new account for 1password in browser to offer to save email/username and the user created password or offer to generate one. Neither happened, searched for...

Hi hmgnsd

This should be happening through the inline menu. Can you please double check for me and see if you have that enabled? You can check in Safari by right clicking on the 1Password icon in the toolbar and selecting Settings. Then make sure both options under Autofill are enabled:
