Saved username/password not available in Chrome only when DevTools are open

Running 1Password 8 with the 1Password extension in the latest version of Chrome, on MacOS 15.3.2. I see the 1Passord menu icon in each field. However, if I click the icon to open the menu, it fails. This ONLY happens if I have the Chrome DevTools console open. If I close it, it works as expected.

I tend to have my console open 100% of the time so it would be majorly helpful to figure out how to access my stored username/passwords with it open. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
