Search context isn't preserved across multiple searches
When you search within a vault, then search again, your vault context is lost.

1. Click on a vault in the sidebar
2. Click on the search field. You'll be searching within t...
This is frustrating to no end. When I select a Vault then click the Search box, it says "Search in All Accounts". I don't want to search all accounts, that's why I selected a Vault!
