Shared items deleted, but not logged?
Recently, we had a number of shared items disappear. We eventually found them in Recently Deleted and restored them, but we would love to know who did this and why/how. However, there is no mention of deleted anything in our Activity Log or in the Shared Vault report. Has anyone else seen this? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that someone deleted items from a shared vault. If you have a 1Password Business membership then you can create a usage report for that vault: Create a usage report for a team member or vault
The usage report will show specific item deletions under the umbrella of the Update Action:
