3 years agoGood to know thanks andrew_l_1P . Just so mau47 's other point doesn't get lost, let me reiterate, because that workflow is very significant to me too.
In the old days when you're at a login prompt on a website you could use the mini app to review all the records you have for it: if you have multiple logins you can check what the username is for each one; if you've added a note about using SSO you can see it there; if you'd like to add a email address or fix a login name, you can do it there; if you want to get your passport number or check which credit cards you have available, it was all there. Now that the mini app doesn't provide this, I find myself leaving the full app open to get some of that functionality back.
By the way, I've since upgraded the browser extension (⌘\ is so slow and prone to mis-entering in websites), and it's an odd subset of the old functionality too. I've learnt that it's really a different ecosystem to the native app - different keyboard shortcut, different login method (password, not fingerprint), different edit screen (a bloody website, instead of the native app!), different lock settings. But at least it brings back a little of the ability to see at a glance what you've got stored in each record.
1P's of old certainly seemed to have a more coherent user experience.
