Syncing typically happens rather quick. Almost instantaneous on desktops as we have a helper that watches for changes. The mobile devices may take a few seconds longer as the device may need to be unlocked first. I would not expect minutes. Are you using an VPN's or Firewalls that may block traffic?

1Password7 still here, using the 1password account for synchronization, and even with devices in the same network at 900Mbps up/download speeds, it takes several seconds and sometimes minutes to sync from my M1max MacBook Pro to my iPhone 13 Pro, or from my iPhone 13 Pro to my iPad Pro. What's the time I should expect this operation to take, normally?
