The icon shows no reaction

The icon shows no reaction on monitor 1 when I click on it. I can open it on monitor two. No reaction. Neither when I click on the 1Password icon in the menu bar, nor when I click on the extension...

For others:

completely closing 1Password and Browser helped and open first 1Password then Safari again helped.
