4 years agoThe macOS app doesn't update when I create a new login, but it is available in the iOS app
I have been creating new logins, but they are not updated in the app on my Mac. They are, however, immediately available in the iOS app. I have tried to restart the macOS app, but that doesn't solve ...

Are you signed in to the same 1Password account on all of your devices? If you are, we may need to take a closer look at the setup of 1Password on your Mac. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
