The "Turn off two-factor authentication" button missing on the app of Mac
Dear Customer Support,
I would like to turn off the two-factor authentication on my 1Password application on Mac. So I follow your https://support.1password.com/two-factor-authentication/#:%7E:text=next%20sign%2Din-,If%20you%20lose%20access%20to%20your%20authenticator%20app%20or%20security%20key,In%20the%201Password%20apps,-Instructions%20for to turn off it. Following the guidance, I found the button was missing on my app, only having "More settings" and "Sign out" after clicking the "three dots".
My 1Password version is Mac 8.10.40 (81040031). It is important for me to log in with the new device.
Could you help me turn off the two-factor authentication so I can log in to my new device with my 1Password? Many thanks!
