I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using your Titan security key. 1Password supports the Titan Security Key for authentication on all platforms, including the Mac. Our development team is aware of an issue that can affect some users of either the Titan or YubiKey security key where the key won't work with the 1Password for Mac app. The issue is being investigated.

I see that you've opened a support ticket with our team and I'll reach out to you via email so that I can collect some more information from your end. Since we have another communications channel open, I'll close this thread to prevent duplication of efforts.
