TOTP & Security Key MFA
I've enabled TOTP and Security Key (yubikey) MFA on my account. When I log in on the site, I can only use the security key option. Is that by design, or should TOTP still be an option?

Hi foddrick! Thanks for writing in.
It sounds like you're referring to signing into a 1Password account with 2FA enabled on the 1Password website. If that's the case, you can cancel the security key prompt from your browser or device, then select "Authenticator App" to use your TOTP instead. Here's what that looks like after cancelling:
Let us know if that works for you, or if you have any questions. Thanks again!

Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you might be running into a known issue that our development team is investigating where the authenticator app option doesn't appear in Firefox if you're also using a security key.
If you temporarily disable the 1Password extension in Firefox, refresh the page, and then try to sign in again, do you see the option to use your authenticator app appear? I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave
