Touch ID Does Not Work

When I click on the fingerprint icon upon opening 1PW, a window flashes on/off quickly but I can't use my finger to log in on my Magic Keyboard (M1 iMac). I've unselected and resel...
I had the same problem , I fixed it by deleting finger print and redoing the bio process . But Touch ID was greyed out Pref>Security in the password app . Once I redone the bio process( new finger print ) it started working .
