Trouble getting started
We purchased a family account, and I have had multiple issues getting things up and running.
Issues that seem to be causing problems-
We use both Mac and Windows devices.
-Wife and I use a shared email and our own emails.
-Seems like we get passwords set, but then try to access the sites and can't. It seems like sites with more in-depth (high security) don't work well with 1Password. This problem, in particular, is troublesome as it does not allow us to access important sites like Capital One.
I have watched some YouTube videos, but none seem to be helpful. Any suggestions for help, specifically video help?

The frustrating silence from the Community is likely because you don't describe any actual problem with which we could possibly help. This is exacerbated by the spurious claim that somehow 1Password "does not allow [you] to access important sites like Capital One", as if 1Password was blocking the site.
I suggest that you try identifying just one problem. Describe what you did, what happened when you did it, how that differed from what you wanted or expected, and what you did as a result.
That is, of course, after searching the Community to see who else might have encountered the problem.
