Turn off 2FA when turning off option not in managed accounts

I'm trying to turn off 2FA, but that is not an option in my laptop's 1Password app. I click on manage accounts > account > ... , but the "Turn off two-factor authentication" that this https://support.1password.com/two-factor-authentication/?mac talks about is not available. All I see is "More Settings..." which tries to get me to log into the website, which I can't because that requires 2FA. I can't remember ever turning 2FA on, and if I did, I don't have it in any of my authenticator apps anymore.
