I'm sorry that you're running into issues with accessing your 1Password account. We don't have access to your account information here on the public forum and, as AJCxZ0​ said, it's best that you work directly with our support team to get to the bottom of this. 

I see that you already have a ticket open with the team and that one of my colleagues sent you a reply 2 days ago. Please reply to that email and continue the conversation there. If you don't see the email then check your Spam/Junk folder.
