Unable to change password on website

Hi 1password Support Community,

  1. I'm signed into the web version of 1password including the chrome browser extension.
  2. I sign on to the website, in the account section to change the password.
  3. 1password supplies the current password.
  4. When I click to enter a new password and use the suggested password, nothing happens.
  5. When I click on the browser icon, select password generator, and click on Autofill, nothing happens.
  6. There is no website confirmation of a password change.
  7. 1password accepts the password change that the website does not, and I'm no longer able to sign on to the website.

    I've worked through all my issues except one. The 2FA install on my mobile device is not interfacing correctly with 1Pw. I can't shut off 2FA without accessing 1Password.com. When I try signing on to 1Password.com, 1Pw sends a six-digit code to my phone that is rejected due to the wrong date and time.

    Hey SteveStricker I tested the change password process on the website you shared. I am able to save the new password to 1Password and to the website. Here is a video: https://share.cleanshot.com/EBRSF7

    Do you have this issue on other websites? Could you lock and unlock the extension, go through the process that I took in my video, and then see how things go?
